The Beauty of Drew

We have been following Drew Barrymore´s life since the time of E.T, where she was the age of innocence - to the rebel, the alcoholic, the reformed, and now, at the age of 31 years old, Drew is grown up and is more beautiful than ever.

In the pictures above, taken from W Magazine´s latest publication, she is being interviewed for her latest part in the deep, and classic drama, Grey Gardens. This is her first serious role for a long while, and she is already being praised for her part in it. 

Not only proven to be a great actress, she has a natural beauty a girl could only dream of.

DAILY OUTFIT: Back In Barcelona

After being away in London for nearly three weeks - I was eager to meet up with my friends in Barcelona again! On Thursday, after some sushi & drinks at our local bar - we headed to our "usual" haunt - Sutton Club.

I´m wearing grey dress, black ankle boots and necklace from Bimba & Lola, red leopard scarf from Cejon and black blazer from Filippa K.

DAILY OUTFIT: Studying at Hotel Omm

I´m sorry we haven´t been blogging recently - but our internet is down, so it´s been pretty difficult as you can imagine. Anyway, Camilla and I are now sitting at our favorite spot for working, Hotel Omm- where we are enjoying a Vanilla Rose Petal Tee, whilst working on our thesis.

I´m wearing jeans & leather jacket from Zara, striped body from American Apparel, black oversized jumper from Mango, scarf from Cejon, shoes from Converse, necklace from Bimba & Lola, my new tote bag from Kenneth Cole.

In The Changing Room #2: Zara

1. Cute belted dress from the TRF department. I like the dusty blue color, which would look amazing to a light tan this spring. 29 pounds.
2. Perfect beach dress to throw over your bikini in the summer. 19 pounds.
3. Bright blue ruffle dress - match it with some gladiator sandals, to tone the style of the dress down. 29 pounds
4. Cropped, slim fit jeans. The perfect jeans to mix with light summer blouses and sandals. 25 pounds.
5. Linen/cotton mix cream colored top. So comfortable! 24 pounds.

6. I have truly died and come to heaven! This silk mix, cream colored suit jacket - is beyond divine! It will be the perfect substitute from the black leather jacket. 79 pounds.

Club Tropicana Party

It was so fun planning for my outfit for the Club Tropicana Birthday bash I went to this weekend. There was no limits for how tacky you could be really (it is the 80s we are talking about after all!). I just slapped on some fake tan, flowers and a load of colorful clothing - and I was ready to go! It was a great night - consisting of drinks buckets, lightning-speedos and 80´s music!

Daily Outfit: Drinks

This Friday I went out together with my boyfriend and my friend Sanna, to have some drinks at Rita Rouge in Raval, where they make delicous cocktails. I went for a Grasshopper (pictured above). It is more lik a dessert than a drink - which suits me perfect.

I am wearing shoes from Zara, stayups from Åhléns, skirt from Acne, cotton top from H&M and vintage Chanel bracelet.

In The Changing Room #1: Topshop

1. This basic grey blazer is the perfect substitute to the black leather jacket - match it with feminine dresses, as well as jeans, or dressed up with heels. Blazer - 55 pounds.

2. I love this version of the black blazer. With gold studs and nipped in the waist - it will be the perfect alternative to the basic blazer. (Too bad they only had sz. 40 left!) I have teamed it up with a high waisted black jean skirt - as well as tying the coat together. Jacket - 55 pounds, skirt - 32 pounds.

3. This sweet cream cotton cardigan - will suit my summer wardrobe perfect! I can finally change out my boring and worn-out black one, for this softer & lighter version. I have matched it with some cropped, studded jeans shorts. Cardigan - 32 pounds, shorts - 32 pounds.

4. Here I am wearing the black gold studded blazer with the super cute shorts. Outside the changing room, I would probably not wear these two pieces together. I would of opted for some black skinny jeans with the blazer, and a sweet blouse or loose-fit t-shirt with the jeans hot pants.

The Little Pink Dress

Leigh Lezark - one of my main fashion icons is pictured here in Dior, outside the Dior show in Paris. Ultimate chic. I am wondering - will the pink statement dress take over the LBD - for the summer season? I sure hope so.

I found this sweet colorful dress at H&M yesterday. I can definitely see myself wearing this during lazy summer days... And it might just be the perfect outfit for the Miami Vice/Club Tropicana theme-party I´m going to this friday!

Wish List - Spring/Summer #10

Oh my god - I nearly passed out when I walked past the Sonia Rykiel shop in Mayfair this morning - where I spotted this amazing bag! They have many variations, sizes and colors - but I personally prefer this black one.

I went straight online when I came to the office - and I was a bit gutted to find out that the sell out price for it is over $3,000.

Oh well, who knows, maybe one day! Untill then, I will be stuck on eBay looking for it.

Half Asleep

Im still in London (just extended my trip by another week!). I´m so tired today, don´t know what´s wrong with me, but I´m seemingly still half asleep in front of my computer - trying desperately to get some work done.

Im wearing my red cape, white t-shirt and light blue jeans - all from Zara. Jewelry from Bimba&Lola and vintage - and my new white lace-ups from Primark.

Cupcakes & Beer

Just came back from a sunny day in Notting Hill. First we went to Portobello Road for some thai beer and vintage browsing, then later - went to The Hummingbird for the most delicious cupcakes! It´s the smallest little shop, and you have to reckon on standing in a queue f0r at least 15-20 minutes - but it´s so worth it!

Quicksilver - Spring/Summer´09 Launch

I went to a really cool party yesterday, for the launch of the female wear for Quicksilver Spring/Summer´09. It was at a great venue, with live musical performances of the female representatives for Quicksilver. One of my favorite artist which performed (and also Sam´s client), Charlotte O´Connor is absolutely amazing, and has recently just signed to Columbia Records.
