A Royal Wedding

I was thrilled to hear that the Swedish Royal Family today announced the engagement between Crown Princess Victoria Bernadotte and her husband-to-be Daniel Westling. The wedding will be held next spring, 2010, in Stockholm.

Besides from that I am really happy for Victoria and Daniel, I wish Victoria will take this opportunity to wear something stunning. Victoria said in an interview last year that she was thinking about letting a Swedish designer design her weddingdress.

Personally, I really hope she will fallow her mothers example, and marry in French Haute Couture (Queen Silvia married in Dior, picture 1) or why not a Marchesa (picture 2)?
